What comes with my booking?
Every package includes the hookah equipment, delivery within Central LA, setup and scheduled collection. The Gathering and The Occasion also include an on-site attendant for equipment care and guest assistance. Packages are for equipment and event services only; tobacco, shisha, nicotine products and charcoal are not sold or supplied.
Can I book at my home or a rented venue?
We consider private outdoor patios, yards and approved outdoor event spaces. You must have the property owner’s permission. Each address is reviewed for access and applicable venue rules before confirmation. A booking request does not establish that smoking is permitted at a location.
Is my date confirmed when I submit?
Your request is saved immediately, but the date is not reserved until Maher confirms availability, the location and the final quote. No payment is taken on this website. Please request your event at least 3 calendar days ahead.
What does delivery cost?
Central LA delivery and collection are included. The Westside and Beverly Hills add $25; the Valley and Pasadena add $35. Other locations need a custom quote. Parking, difficult access, holidays and applicable taxes are discussed in the final quote before you commit.
Can I customize the setup?
Yes. Add equipment for $35 per unit, extra rental time from $25 per hour, or an ambiance kit for $65. Hosted packages extend at $75 per hour. The ambiance kit includes a side table, protective mat and battery lanterns, subject to availability. For larger events, include your equipment and layout needs in the request.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel at least 48 hours before your confirmed reservation start time for a full refund of any amount paid. To cancel, contact Maher directly using your booking confirmation and include your request number. There is no charge to withdraw an unconfirmed request.
